Rain Floods the Winter Creek

Periodically, rain will push the creek up to a minor flood level. The water will spill onto the banks and carry some debris downstream. It doesn't last long, but it's fun to watch. In the winter, it's brown and dirty, but not as muddy as when it happens in the summer, or when there is a big storm. The last rain cleared the leaves from the banks and ground them to mush.

Gear Photos were made with a Nikon D750 and either a Tamron SP 35 mm f/1.4 Di USD or a Nikon 70-300 f/4.5-5.6.
